Our firm’s ethos is driven by two key principles: putting our clients first, and acting with integrity. We are conscious of our role and responsibilities in the communities we, and our clients, operate in.

We want to remain relevant to future generations, so have placed preserving our natural environment and developing education opportunities at the forefront of our vision. We believe that by incorporating responsible and sustainable projects into our work we can benefit from the unique experience of our partners.

In doing so, we also hope to learn something ourselves which will aid our own broader understanding of the markets we work in and enrich the advice we give to our clients.

We believe good ESG engagement has to be both impactful and relevant to our people, our clients and those we work with. Practically, this means two things at H&P. We sponsor and provide matched giving to our superb employees with the many energetic, arduous and demanding charitable sponsored undertakings they enact. We also work with our client and Partner investee companies to provide funding for various focussed community programmes that ensure charity goes as directly as possible to those who need it.
